Adults and children can suffer from sleep deprivation. One of her useful tips is to keep a sleep diary so you can see patterns. It could be watching television or computer viewing could be the culprit affecting sleep too close to bedtime. Your brain stops making melatonin when blue light affects the eyes. She suggests setting up a new schedule using time management on a daily basis. Scheduling free time not related to these activities close to bedtime is a really good tool to change these habits.
